The good news is that selling your home is a fairly simple process. Contrary to what you're probably thinking right now, there are very few decisions for you to make. Those decisions/questions will be presented as we proceed.

1. You really like the neighbors, location, climate, schools, shopping, etc. Many people move and later regret that they really had no good reason to have chosen to move.
